Renovating or extending
When walls and ceilings are open, it is the best time to insulate them. We insulate the new work and the existing parts you open up.

What gets insulated, and when
Walls opened up
Batts into existing walls while the lining is off.
New frame
Wrap, wall batts and acoustic batts in the extension.
Roof and ceiling
Sarking with the new roof, batts in the new and existing ceiling.
Floor
Underfloor batts or boards where the floor is timber.
Old and new, one standard
Renovations mix old construction with new, so every job is a little different. We work out what each part needs and fit it practically, without stretching the budget.
Where there is little depth in an old wall or floor, rigid boards can reach a rating batts cannot.
